House Rules

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience at Mythri Residency, we kindly request that all guests follow these house rules. As the entire property is reserved exclusively by a single booking, you and your group will have full access and privacy.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur charges.

General Conduct

• Please respect the property and maintain it in good condition throughout your stay.
• Parties or events are permitted only if pre-approved at the time of booking.
• Noise levels should be kept reasonable, especially during nighttime, to respect the neighborhood.

Prohibited Substances & Safety

• No drugs or illegal substances are allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. Guests are expected to drink responsibly.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the bedrooms or hall. Guests may use outdoor spaces for smoking.
• Open flames (candles, cooking equipment, fireworks) are strictly prohibited indoors for safety reasons.

Exclusive Use of Facilities

• The Main Hall, Mini Home Theater, Patio, Terrace Bar, and all other amenities are for the exclusive use of your group.
• Please handle all furniture, appliances, and electronics with care. Damages will be billed to the booking guest.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially when using entertainment or outdoor areas.

Cleanliness & Sustainability

• Please dispose of waste responsibly in the bins provided.
• Switch off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
• Water is a precious resource—please use it mindfully.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

Liability

• The booking guest is responsible for any loss or damage to property during the stay.
• Management is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings. Please secure your valuables.

Enforcement

• Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
• Management reserves the right to update house rules at any time to ensure safety and comfort.
