By booking a stay at Mythri Residency, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and consistent experience for all our guests.

Booking & Payment

• All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or deposit, as communicated during booking.
• Rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without prior notice.
• Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in will receive a full refund of any advance paid.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in may result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
• No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations.

Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or furnishings during their stay.
• Management is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use provided lockers or safes where available.
• Use of facilities (hall, patio, home theater, etc.) is at guests’ own risk.

Other Conditions

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disruptive or unlawful behavior.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically confirmed at the time of booking.
• House Rules (see separate page) must be followed at all times.
